Seeing marathon runners with injuries less than 4 weeks prior to their event is really tough. Usually the best I can do is modify training and hope it is enough. That’s why I have put together monthly packages to support you throughout your training. Purchased month by month so there’s no contract with various packages for you to choose - mix and match from month to month if you like!
