Running Warm up

Warming up before you run is important to ensure the muscles and joints involved are prepared for the activity you intend to do. It also serves as a great time to address any range of motion or strength issues in the form of prehab to reduce injury risk.

Think about the joints and muscles that will be working, your aim should be to maximise available range at the hip, knee and ankle whilst activating and prepping the muscles THROUGHOUT that range.
